The Local Food Fest

Food + Music = A match made in heaven! What more do you need for an ideal evening?

At a time when new cafes, bakeries, cloud kitchens, and restaurants were popping up at an exponential rate, we decided to adopt the food stalls from the Bazaar and give it its own entity. A giant culinary extravaganza that brought every foodie’s dream to life, the first Local Food Fest was organised in 2020. The best place to not only check out new eateries on the come-up, but the Food Fest also became the push that several passionate home cooks needed to serve their food to the general audience for the first time - without the pressure of needing to open up a whole business. The Fest provided the perfect tasting ground for entrepreneurs and the public alike, boasting a colourful spectrum of cuisines, delicacies, and flavours. This all-you-can-eat gala can only be enjoyed if you
come with an empty stomach, with every stall presenting a delectable menu of drinks, desserts, and snacks.

Masterclasses from renowned chefs like Shivesh Bhatia (@shivesh17), pop-up stalls with limited goodies, and fun food challenges with rewards run alongside smooth jams by our community’s musicians. We have also been able to take the
Fest to Bhilai, and after seeing the turnout, we will be continuing to do so each year.
